Satok Suspension Bridge to close for maintenance

KUCHING: The Satok Suspension Bridge here will be temporarily closed from July 26 to Aug 4.

According to a statement from the Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak in their Facebook today, the closure is for maintenance work on the bridge’s lighting system.

“For any inquiries related to traffic flow during this period, contact the JKR Kuching Division Office during office hours at 082-203400,” it said.

Members of the public are urged to exercise caution when approaching the construction area and to follow all traffic signs and directives for their safety.
