TorQuay@Roxy Sematan pre-launch takes place today

KUCHING (August 30): TorQuay@Roxy Sematan, a nine-storey beach front serviced apartment with a commercial area on an elevated floor, is making headway in Sematan.

This project by Tecktonic & Sons Holdings Sdn Bhd spans two acres and promises a contemporary living experience with its modern design.

In highlighting the appeal of this development, managing director Lee Chin Teck said its starting price of RM352,000 positions TorQuay as the perfect beach getaway or Airbnb investment.
