APM helps rescue cat after it got impaled on grill  

MIRI:  A cat narrowly escaped a tragic fate this morning after it was impaled on a sharp grill while attempting to jump over a wall in Krokop 3.

The incident occurred when the cat miscalculated its leap and became stuck on the grill.

The distressed feline was left hanging for approximately 10 minutes before a team from the Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) arrived to rescue it.

According to a report by APM Miri, they received an urgent call at 8.15 am from the owner of the house, a 35-year-old man, who spotted the cat in distress.

The APM team swiftly responded to the scene.

The rescue operation was carried out efficiently, and the cat was safely removed from the grill in less than 10 minutes.

The cat was immediately treated for its injuries and is reported to be in good condition.
