KTS Sport Carnival kicks off with badminton competition

SIBU (July 14): A total of 44 staff members from different companies under KTS Group of Companies participated in a badminton competition organised by Kelab KTS Sibu at SMK Sacred Heart today.

The competition, the first of nine events planned for the KTS Sport Carnival 2024, was officiated by club president Kevin Lau.

“Since last year’s carnival, we grouped the participants according to colours instead of companies. This is to encourage the staff of the different companies to bond with each other and improve camaraderie,” he said.

Adding on, Lau said the carnival this year has been expanded to include football and basketball, to encourage more participation from KTS staff.

Among those present yesterday were Kelab KTS Sibu chairman Benny Lau, vice chairman Michael Ting and organising chairman Dennis Lim.
