KUCHING, Jan 26: A temporary partial road closure will be implemented along Jalan Tun Jugah here for one month from today (Jan 26) to Feb 28 to facilitate utilities relocation works involving a water pipeline.

Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd (Sarawak Metro), in a public notification, said the closure will affect the stretch in front of VB Motor and will be in effect 24 hours a day throughout the duration of the works.

Road users are advised to exercise caution when travelling through the affected area and to comply with all traffic management control measures, including road warning signs and speed limits, to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers.

Sarawak Metro said it will notify the public should there be any changes to the traffic arrangement and urged motorists to plan their journeys accordingly.
