Mukah will be playing host to men’s football event at Mukah Stadium and MDDM Field, netball at Mukah Polytechnic multi-purpose hall and judo at the Balau hall of UiTM Mukah Campus. The games village for the athletes to stay will be at UiTM Mukah and Sarawak Centre of Technical Excellence (Centex) Mukah.
Hii, who is also State deputy state secretary, also addressed concerns over unforeseen weather conditions which could disrupt the competition schedule.
In such cases, he revealed, the Sukma technical committee will consult the head of the technical delegation, especially for outdoor sports events.
“Maybe we can move the delayed schedule to the morning or vice versa. We will try our best to adapt according to the situation,” he added.
