KUCHING, Sept 19: The majority of areas in Sarawak recorded unhealthy Air Pollutant Index (API) readings as of 10am today.
According to the Natural Resources and Environment Board Sarawak (NREB), Kanowit recorded the highest API reading at 182, followed by Lubok Antu (179) and Serian (170).
Kuching recorded a reading of 169, along with Betong (168), Samarahan and Sri Aman (163), Lundu (162), Sibu (158), Sarikei (151), Bintulu and Tebedu (127), and Kapit (110).
Meanwhile, moderate readings were recorded in Samalaju (79), Miri (77), ILP Miri and Limbang (64), and Lawas (62).
