KUCHING, June 19: The remains of the husband of Minister of Women, Family, and Community Development, Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri, the late Datuk Kamil Misuari, are scheduled to arrive here this afternoon for final respects and burial.

According to a post made by the ministerial office on Nancy’s Facebook page today, the remains of the deceased will be flown from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Kuching International Airport (KIA) on flight MH2520 at 11am, with the estimated time of arrival scheduled for 12.50pm.

At 2.20pm, the remains will be transported from KIA to Nancy’s official residence at No. 6, Lot 7035, Taman Serira, Lorong Menggris 2A, 93050 Kuching, and are expected to arrive at 2.50pm.

Funeral prayers (solat jenazah) and final respects are scheduled to be held at the official residence at 4.40pm before the remains are taken to the Samariang Islamic Cemetery for burial.
